Federal Communications Commission (Federal Communications Commission, FCC) yesterday, 21 December, approved the adoption of the country's new regulations concerning network neutrality, they prohibit the companies to adjust Internet traffic, depending on the purposes for which it is used. Under the new rules, ISPs can not give preference in their networks of any type of traffic, limiting traffic to specific services or downloading by users of certain types of content, reports AP. However, rules is left to providers the right to manage traffic on their networks, if such actions are aimed at eliminating network congestion or the fight the illicit traffic, such as spam. Analysts say the new rules of network neutrality does not satisfy both the supporters of the introduction of this principle for all, and adversaries. The former believe that they are not hard to protect network neutrality, while the latter - that the requirements are too limiting providers.
